Troubleshooting & checklist
If Rainware isnt working as expected, go through each of these checks first.
1. Supported executors
- Use one of the supported executors: Zenith, Wave, Potassium, or Volt.
- Other or outdated executors may fail to inject, crash, or refuse to run the script at all.
2. "Trojan" or virus warnings
- Some antivirus tools or Windows Defender may flag your executor or its workspace.
- Rainware creates a small config file inside the executors workspace folder to store settings.
- This extra file can sometimes trigger a false positive. Always download your executor and scripts from trusted links.
3. Crashing, no GUI, or script not running
- Confirm you are executing the script while in an Arcane Lineage game, not from the menu.
- Close extra scripts and overlays in your executor, then try again with only Rainware loaded.
4. Key or delivery issues
- Verify you are checking the same email address you used at Stripe checkout.
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for the license key email.
- Ensure you copied the key exactly when using it with the Lua Armor bot (no extra spaces).

- Screenshots of any errors or the Roblox crash
